About Me:

Lourdes Uranday has been a Human Resources Consultant for the SBDC since 2013 and has served employers from “start-up”, to working for employers with over 1000 employees throughout Central California. Committed to the business community, she has served on the Greater Stockton Employer Advisory Council Board, Central Valley Hispanic Chamber, as Board Secretary, and is currently the founder and Board Chair for the Stanislaus County Employer Advisory Council where she was awarded the 2021 Outstanding EAC Chairperson award from the California EAC. She possesses an MBA in Human Resource Management and has over 25 years of experience as an HR Executive in both the private and public sectors. Lourdes is an excellent resource for employment laws, staffing, training, and business consulting. She enjoys traveling and exploring the world during her spare time, preferably near a beach!
