About Me:

Gene holds a Master of Business Administration and serves with his bilingual English and Spanish communication skills. His two decades of experience in community relations, strategic business planning, sustainable not-for-profit organization models, government and private sector entrepreneurship offers SBDC participants guidance and support in the vast business areas.  His expertise includes business plans, start-up processes, budgets, team building, project management marketing and many other key areas. He has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement solutions to multidimensional complex operational problems.  Mr. Acevedo is an Adjunct Business Professor at San Joaquin Delta College, serves as Executive Director at Stockton Impact Corps; and Since 2000 has owned independent businesses.
